We had a wonderful time exploring the area, especially since it was just a 20-minute walk to Elizabeth Quay, where we enjoyed the scenic ferry ride to Fremantle. The kids loved the spacious family room, and it was nice having a kitchenette for snacks.
In my wife's opinion, a better variety of breakfast options would be great for families with children.

Great location and roomy vibes
We had a nice stay for 3 nights. The kitchenette was super handy, and having a large shower was great! The staff was friendly, and they even let us stash our bags after checkout. One thing to note, though, the shower could use a better design since the floor gets a bit wet. There’s also no on-site cafe, which was a bummer, but plenty nearby.

The spacious layout was great, but the shower screen caused water to spill everywhere.

The location near the CBD proved highly convenient, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The Executive Studio featured exceptionally comfortable bedding, making it a relaxing stay. However, the kitchen was relatively small for meal preparations, and laundry facilities were located only on select floors, which may be inconvenient. Additionally, noise from adjacent rooms could disturb light sleepers.

I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a conference. The location was convenient with many restaurants and bars nearby. The kitchenette was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Service was friendly, and I found it quite peaceful despite being in a busy area. It reminded me of home back in Rome, where I enjoy cozy settings while traveling.
The bathroom felt a bit dated, and I had trouble extending my stay even though there were rooms available.

It was a perfect match for resting while in Perth with good value for money. I couldn't use the bath since it dripped into the room below, which was disappointing.

Absolutely loved the spacious studio with a nice kitchen! Location was spot-on. I could pop out to some fabulous eateries in no time.
No breakfast? Are we living in the Dark Ages? The last thing I want is to caffeinate in a microwave!

Had an awesome time with friends. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and the TV had Netflix, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. We visited Kings Park and the local markets, and the location made it super easy to get around. Make sure to check out nearby dining options!
The only issue was that there was no breakfast available on Friday nights, but there are plenty of nearby places to grab a bite.
